We were part of an organised tour which stopped to take a break. We noticed the building which turned out to be the Convention and Visitors Bureau. We were pleased to have visited. Angela, a volunteer was on duty and despite knowing that our tour was organised she was very happy to provide us with information she felt would provide added value to our visit. We benefitted from the information we were given. Many thanks.

Amazing folks at the Visitors Center. Very helpful. We took a tour to one the local Coal Mines from here. They gave us info on the best place to eat and where to shop. We just stopped to take a break and ended up spending a few hours in Gillette.Thank you!

We needed advance information about Gillette before we traveled there in August. We were provided with "tons" of information, our questions were answered promptly, and we knew we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff was patient in answering our many questions, and even went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

The staff were able to help us with restaurants and information. I was surprised at the number of people that stopped by while we were there.
