I grew up going to Riverside Park and playing on the play ground but now it is over run with bullies and druggies and homeless people. I am so disappointed, and will not allow my kids or grand kids to play there.
A pretty and relaxing stop by the river to picnic, walk, and use as a launching point to explore the town
This park is great for kids and dogs. It's also wonderful for walks and jogs. It's large and clean and easily accessible.
This lovely park is both in the town of Grants Pass yet right on the Rogue River. Great place to relax and watch the river flow by. A few vagrant types also in the park....
Right in town and right on the Rogue River. Very lovely setting with lots of ducks... watch where you step.
This is one of the better small city parks I have been to. It is particularly stunning in the fall when the leaves change color. There is also a small Frisby golf course.
We liked taking a walk in the fresh air and beauty of the Oregon Grants Pass. I would have been better to have more view of the River but we did see men fishing along the Rivers edge.
Beautifully maintained, nice walking paths and playground for kids. If you like ducks/geese, there are at park and beg for food! During summer, free concerts on Tuesday night.
This is a place you can take your kids to the playground, play frisbee in the grass or stick your toes in the river. It's a big grassy park with nice walkways, large trees and of course the Rogue River! Easy walk across the bridge to "Old Town" and the many shops and eateries.
I take my little granddaughter her to feed the pidgeons. She loves to watch the hundreds of birds flock around her to grab bread crumbs. New playground equipment has been installed and there are lots of tables to share a picnic. Very scenic on the Rogue River. Great place to relax.
