Of the many wine rooms located on Main St in Grapevine, this place should be One you check out. The day we were there they were very busy. We got lucky and found a spot at the stand up bar. Meg, our hostess was friendly and knowledgable. We chose the tasting option and selected from a decent list of available tasting wines. They had others that weren't included because of price I'd guess. Really enjoyed their wines and will be going back for additional purchases by the bottle. Although in my opinion they have had the best wines of the wine rooms we checked out on Main st, they also were the most uncomfortable with only a few tables and stand up bar. Make sure to pick up their event brochure, they do a number of special things based around wine and.... So Check this place out, you won't be disappointed !

We love visiting this winery in Fredricksburg! Imagine my surprise when I went to Grapevine, TX, and saw Messina Hof located closer to our home in North Texas! Our wine expert was Jeff and he was extremely informative and a lot of fun! There's a new sweet red wine called Sweet Justice that they made specifically for this location. If I remember correctly, it's a cabernet / muscato wine and it is wonderful! It was my favorite wine of the day! Go check out Messina Hof! You will not be sorry! We'll be back in April for my daughter's birthday!

We are VIP and wine club members. My husband and I have been fans of Messina Hof for a few years now and were so excited to hear about the new Grapevine wine bar. We have visited a few times since opening. It can get a little crowded but the staff are very friendly and work hard to accommodate all the people. We have always felt well taken care of. The upstairs area is great and there is an outdoor patio that overlooks Main Street.
