  I like yoga alright but until this practice, I've never before LOVED yoga. It was a good balance of movement and relaxation and the end is amazing. Such a peaceful studio! (Her kids class was amazing as well!)

  I go to the gentle flow class and it's fantastic. I constantly had muscle cramps in my legs, calves, neck - they were awful. Once I started Rebecca's class they disappeared. Rebecca is an angel and class is heaven (be prepared for a good workout)
