We took friends who are avid golfers from Arizona. They were dazzled! THe course is beautiful and well maintained.
We (12 of us) had a 2 hr rain delay but we used that time to shop, eat lunch, and chat with the pro shop staff. The course is beautiful with lots of elevation changes and bay views. Fun for all handicaps.
This course is always a pleasure to play. The views over Little Traverse Bay are stunning. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant is also top notch. Not to be missed.
We came here for lunch, and what a treat this was! Such a beautiful view sitting outside overlooking the view on the golf course which is overlooking the Bay!!! Breathtaking!!The food was also delicious, highly recommend this place for food and view!!
Beautiful views over looking the golf course and Little Traverse Bay. You can eat on the patio or in their formal dining room yet jacket and ties are not necessary. I Highly recommend the planked white fish as well as the chicken Leelanau but everything is nicely prepared.
This course has stunning views from every tee box. We love this course. One of the tee boxes is the highest point in Emmett County and you can see Petoskey, the harbor and Lake Michigan. It's beautiful.
Go here for the views! Food is good too. Great golf course as well.Outdoor eating available. Clean and welcoming.
This is the first course we play when Up North. It is Tough, Long, well cared for, fun and humbling. I love it but it hates me. Not cheap (we will pay $79 each tomorrow on a Monday) but I don't ever feel ripped off..... Just beaten up by a GREAT golf course with astounding views.
Beautiful course off the beaten track. I played 7 courses while up in northern Michigan a week ago on my annual late September golf trip to this area playing courses like the Wolverine and Bear at Grand Traverse, Forest Dunes in Roscommon, Arcadia Bluffs and several others and to me, Little Traverse Bay was on par with Shanty Creek's Cedar River course for playability, enjoyment and difficulty. Arcadia is still the gold standard for Michigan courses but there are so many others in the state that, while maybe not as difficult, offer golfers a terrific day of enjoyable golf--- and Little Traverse Bay is definitely at or near the top of that list! Excellent pro shop and restaurant as well.... Well worth making it a must play for serious and casual golfers
Great views of Little Traverse Bay while golfing. The restaurant is good and friendly staff. I must for me during the golf season. Accommodates leagues and individual golfers
