I contacted the owner via text on Christmas Day after seeing how good the weather was supposed to be on the 26th. She responded and after finding a wrangler for us we scheduled for the next day. Having been on other trail rides at other places I can highly recommend this experience. It is very hands on, including getting to saddle the horses. They did a fantastic job with my family.

My two boys and their friend went to camp at Rocking J Ranch and it literallly was the best decision we made! It ignited a sense of purpose and confidence in the boys that really shone through long after the summer was over. I love Rocking J Ranch for our whole family! After our camp experience, our family rented horses for trail rides. It was spectacular.... I highly recommend this place....close to home and easy to get to and yet feels like you are far away from the hub bub of the hectic world......

My grandson is five and loves horses. I recently sold my horse and my grandson was so upset. The people at Rockin J have a kiddy program for young riders. They offer safety lessors prior to the ride. This is a great place to ride.
