Went here with work colleagues on a recent trip to Geelong. Had no idea what to expect and found it to be an amazing place to go. Large range of different beers with helpful staff who will guide you towards beers you will like. Food was small serves for the price but really tasty.Highly recommend everyone to stop by, even if just to look at the amazing buildings.
I'm a Geelong local and I love going here as often as I can! Umbrella's for you in the carpark, friendly staff helping you out, it really is a relaxing venue with a difference. They way they have transformed the old Valley Worsted Mills is very clever. They have a great range of their beers and the beer and cider from White Rabbit in Healesville on tap. The food does vary in quality, but hey it's a brewery, not a 5 star restaurant. The free brewery tours are also well worthwhile. It gets busy and crowded in the peak times, but there is plenty of room and a big bar for getting service. Love the vibe!Family and pet friendly!
Was very surprised with this venue, when we rounded the corner couldn't believe how many people were there. Great vibe happening here, had some sliders which were yummy and a drink and started chatting to other people around us as we were on a share table. Didn't think there would be many people here as it is a bit out of the way but you had to queue up to get in. We will be back again for sure.
Have been here many times over the past few months and love it. Great wine and yummy food plus wonderful staff. Inside or outside ... great vibe all round. A place to really sit back and chill. Yes, it is busy on weekends so if you don't like crowds, visit on a week day. Highly recommended.
We visited the Brewery for dinner on a Friday night, we had not booked and had no problem getting a table, however it was a hot night so this might not be the norm. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun and the staff were friendly. We shared a number of plates amongst the group which was great as I got to sample lots of yummy food!
me n "The bloke" trip viewed this placewe missed out on brewery talk that was our fault staff friendly accomadating for "The blokes" dietary requirements variety in ales very pleasingI tried very little size of 3 different types love the different sizes of ales it gives you the opportunity to taste test a few different varieties love the decor rustic, industrial with a touch of modernism
Visiting with 3 well travelled friends, we found the little creatures brewery in Geelong a fantastic destination for lunch. Fabulous surroundings, eclectic, very attentive staff, excellent food and if course the boutique beer. This is a must destination whilst in Melbourne as it is an easy train ride or a very comfortable car trip.
If you're chasing a lack lustre and highly overrated experience then people look no further than little creatures. In between the over priced pub grub and noisy mess hall environment you're bound to feel satisfied that you have wasted the afternoon. Attempting to relax in what should be more commonly known as a day care centre where mummy and daddy can get drunk while kids run rampant is a waste of time.
This place has really taken off. The only problem is that if you want to go on the weekend, you better be prepared to share it with half of Geelong. On the other hand, if you can get away for a few hours mid-week you will be pleasantly surprised by what Little Creatures has to offer. Not the cheapest of places and certainly caters more for the 20-30 year olds. Not somewhere to go with teenagers.
Great place to visit if your interested in real ale. Also good for just a meal. We did the brewery tour while friends had a meal. Good beer tasting after the tour. Everyone friendly.
