Played Shadow Hills while sightseeing in Canon City area. The course is located a couple miles outside of town, but is easily found. It is a par-70 course which measures 6,410-yards from the longest tees. There are four sets of tees. The course was in excellent condition when I played in May. There is almost no water of bunkers. A fun course to play with lots of elevation changes. Some good views of the valley from various locations on the course.

You can golf there, but they also have pretty good food for lunch, dinner and do special parties which they do a good job with. The food is prepared well, nothing overly great, but good. They do advertise music during weekend dinner, but don't expect to dance, they don't leave you room and have carpet on the floor.
