Fantastic place for younger kids. Storybook and Fantasy characters to interact with and play on. Free, but donations keep it going. Super place to take the kids.
My family took a road trip out west this summer and stopped here along the way. Well worth the time! Our children, ages 5 & 8, loved seeing all of the oversized fairytale figures and scenes. What a bonus that it was free with reasonably-priced concessions and toys in the gift shop. Made for great photo ops.
We love to visit Storybook Island at least once a month during the summer. The kids love running and climbing their way through the park. A great and free attraction.
This is a God's send. Kids absolutely love the activity and grown ups can relax in that watching kids enjoy so much fun. I would support this stop however I could so future generations can enjoy such a place. This was the topper for our grand daughter while her grand parents enjoyed watching her have so much fun! too!
Just an awesome adventure place for kids! It's more for children less than 13. Nothing at all to,dislike about it.
If you have kids (or even if you don't) and are short on cash (or even if you are not), this is a really cool park to check out. The park consists of classic fairy tale characters, as well as many modern cartoon characters. Very eclectic theme and fun for all ages, and you can't beat the price... it's FREE :)
My family loves Storybook Island. We go at least once a year. The park is free. My kids love to crawl around on the figures, play in the sand, and play the 3 little pigs game. My kids love to ride the train (that costs $1 per kid). It is a great place to relax and watch the kids have fun.
My grandson LOVES this place. I have yet to see the real value, except that he gets to run everywhere. We go for the grand finale, where there is special characters etc. Be prepared to get your wallet vacuumed before you leave to pay for all of the "fun". It is towards a good cause but yikes dont take a bunch of kids for a birthday party.
Beware ! And don't ever refer to the Ever-Ready Bunny as "HoneyBunny". !!! LOLThe kangaroo's disguised themselves as Frank Sinatra and tried to do the bunny hop once upon a time and are now singing "Ain't that a kick in the HEAD! "And Cinderella's mouses here are serving up 'Rat'atouille . . . the white rabbit needs to be on time for dinner, so 'go ask Alice' when, where and how to get there. Because she knows the caterpillar and that disappearing cat are always changing shape. And whoever can pronounce and pass the "Worchestershire Sauce" at King Arthur's table gets a trophy to set above the fireplace. But if your still left thinking, "Why is the brick road YELLOW???" You'll have to go to another place to find out !Have fun with that and much more here in the wonderful world of "Wonderland" in the winter mixer with "Never Never Land".Guaranteed a great time for the kiddies !
It looked neat as a children's attraction, but they were closed for the season. Would like to visit during the summer.
