Great lunch. Excellent view of golf course. They have specialty sandwiches and food is great. Good service and value for a nice lunch.
I went there with some girlfriends to have drinks and appetizers. The drinks were good but the appetizer menu could be better in that choices they had were mostly fried and would appreciate menu to have items that are a bit more healthy.
Challenging course that was in great condition. Also has knowledgable &attentive staff. We will be back.
Sonoma Ranch has always been in good shape when I play it in February and March. Backdrop of the Organ Mountains is great. Also fun to check out some of the beautiful homes along the course.
Beautiful golf course but is more for the younger generation. Several holes you are unable to drive on and it is hilly so tough walking for older people. Back nine holes is the most difficult.
We've used a driving range a number of times which is always fun, and then there is the Sunset Grill at the club house which has great food and cold drinks for relaxation afterwards.
Now that the las cruces country club has bought the course. Good luck. Greens are terrible some type of fungus on the greens. Putting on your carpet at home is better. Hope they can make it
I've golfed at Sonoma many times and I really do like this course. It is a very fair golf course for women, but it still offers lots of challenge. The course is a typical desert course. It's not in perfect shape, but is good value for the money. The staff are also very nice and make me feel welcome. They also have a good practice range. I've tried other local courses, but I like Sonoma the best!
Nice course, central location, good pro shop, driving range, restaurant & bar. Not as expensive as you might expect based on the value. A good place to cement business relationships or to seal a deal. The greens are tricky and the speed varies depending on the time of day & weather.
I would have rated a 5 but the greens were being aerated, would come back, very reasonable rates!
