tremendoys variety of slopes. Easy access by free shuttle or skiing to Zug, zurs, st. Anton or stuben
Just came back from Arlberg region. I've been sleeping in apartment in Bach and went to Warth-Schröcken (about 25 kilometers) everyday with skibus or by car. You can easily transfer from Warth to Lech with cable car. Road between is closed during winter. Lech has some great ski routes nice views and even better restaurants and other places to rest. However for me and my friends Warth-Schröcken is the place with even better ski routes. Especially some very nice red and black ones.In generall the whole region is fantastic place for skiing and besides very beautiful place just to visit. People are very nice and kind. Maybe it is not the cheapest place on Earth but it's for sure all worth it. But bear in mind that during weekends it can be a bit crowded because of skiers coming mainly from Germany. All in all you have to be there if you like skiing.
altogether a very extensive and varied area with a lot of skiing from difficult blues to relatively easy blacks as far as the pisted runs are concerned. great bars and restaurants in Lech and Oberlech.watty
Had a great week with our family in Lech once again. This is our 3 year in a row and it did not disappoint.
The staff of the Hotel Kertess were very nice and accomodating, the sales clerks, bartenders and waitress/waiter staff of the town center were very nice, the skiing was completely awesome! Skiing something like that was a first time experience for me I plan on doing it again within the next 2 years.
The combination of great skiing, great lift system, great atmosphere, good food and superb ambience makes it the best ski resort in Europe!
Large ski resort wirh great snow and winter condition whole winter. Lech is beautiful mountain village and top mode center. Their Weise Ring is famous and it's a good plan for a skiing day. If you would like to learn an off piste skiing it's probably the best place because you can learn close to piste in very deep snow and if you are tired easily you can back to perfect prepared piste. This resort is very close to Swiss so it's also very expensive ski resort but you will not be disappointed.
Boundless ski terrain all covered by one key card pass that allows anyone so ski the approximately 365 km of trails for one price. Buses can pick you up at multiple locations and drop you off at another for free as well, running every 20 minutes - on the dot!
Skiing in Lech is one of the best we ever had. You can ski above Lech/Oberlech/Zurs or take the big lift to ski to Warth (really nice long pistes!). Or take the bus to Stuben and you can ski to St. Christoph/St. Anton. Enough options!
This as to be some of the best sking in the alps.A must do is the white ring. Links are very good with Zurs and Zug.
