You need real management cause the ones you got don't know customer service at all they treat the wait staff really bad the only thing I can say was good was the service ofy waitress that never severed before..and took us on cause no one else cared to so thank you corissia

The bowling is excellent... great set-up with lots of open space around the lanes which is perfect for families or larger groups bowling together. The staff is very polite and attentive. You can also order food and drinks (full menu) right to the lanes which is nice. The balls are larger so we asked for a ramp for our smallest child - no problem along with bumpers of course. The arcade is also very nice...smaller but the games are fun for many different ages and they award a fair amount of "points" which is logged by your players card (cost $1.00) and then you can take the card to the prize area to exchange for prizes. No paper tickets is so nice! A couple of the games were out of order. The restaurant was a little disappointing as the prices were high for the quality of the food. The burgers were way over cooked and burnt. The food also took a very long time. The server tried to help with bowls of popcorn for the table which was nice but if you have small children, this is not a good place to eat. Also, they have a limited number for lower, regular tables. The remainder of the tables are high tops which is difficult for smaller children to eat at. Bowling is recommended, restaurant is not.

I have to start off saying that I did not expect the meal my husband and I had....I have to admit at first glance I said, "Oh, it's going to be a burger night." Boy, was I wrong! The meal was top notch. And the portions, holy crap, you get your money's worth plus. (My husband even asked for a doggie bag.) We started with the calamari, awesome. Then our waiter told us how they smoke their own meats! WHAT? So of course we ordered the sliders. OMG!for the entree, I ordered the shrimp, chorizo dish....it was the never ending bowl of deliciousness. My husband ordered the chicken parm. I never say a piece of chicken parm so big in my life. I was thinking, oh, that's going to be dry. NOPE. It was so moist and definitely enough to take home. And of course we had to try the desserts! This place is NOT what you would expect. Our service was great. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family. We did not bowl, we were too STUFFED!I applaud the Chef!

Our Boyscout troop did a night out. We rented several lanes and bought pitchers of sodas then the boys did laser tag. The kids had a great time, but the place did not help with organizing anything and didn't seem to know answers to basic questions. The palce is very nice and affordable for a night out.

We went to this place upon the request of my children for bowling and we truly loved it! The place just opened up recently so it looks very clean and not too many people have discovered it...so it was not overcrowded. They have several bowling lanes that you can rent out in 30 minute increments at a reasonable cost, and an area where kids can play video games. What I liked about this place was the clean ambience and a great restaurant area where you can have a fairly good meal(they have gluten-free foods on their menu and are very caring about folks with allergies. I will be checking this place out more often since my kids loved it and it's not too far from our home.

It was a wash out on 4th of July, so we had heard this place had just opened up and decided to try it. We arrived around 7:30 and were excited to try it. We had looked at the menu online and it looked good. The experience did not tart off well. You are able to pick your seat, so we picked a table near the kitchen and wait station. There is a glass window that you can see the inside of the kitchen while the food is being made. We sat for about 10 minutes before our waitress came to our table. It was not busy and they were not understaffed, so this was unacceptable. She took our drink orders and they did not take very long. She did not offer any suggestions or specials. She was also not very friendly. We ordered the truffle fries and wings as an appetizer. The fry serving was very small, but they were ok. I did not have the wings, but those who did said they were ok, but did not taste like chicken. They had that frozen processed smell to them. The meals we were ordered were the build your own burger which came back burnt , also the waitress did not ask how we wanted it cooked. The burger was pretty good though according to the person who ate it. I ordered the Mediterranean wrap, which I split with someone and that was the best part of the meal. We also ordered the blackened shrimp and shared it. There were different options of pasta , but we were not asked. She automatically put it in for spaghetti. We were never asked if we wanted refills until the end of the meal and were not brought the refill until after we paid the check. The laser tag was set up very good. We had a great time playing. They are set up for big groups as well. It was $7.50 each for a game. It was very hot in there though. We did have a great time in there though.We did play at the arcade, a good variety of games. A few were not working, but I am thinking they are still working out the glitches. We did not bowl, but the fees were $25 for an hour up to 5 people and shoe rentals were $3 each. A friend of ours bowled and said the lanes were shutting down a lot do still working out kinks there too. I think it will be a really fun place, once they work out the glitches. I would stay away from the food. We did not try the bar.

Talked with manager end of july 2014 about out Cub Scout den bowling. We will pay just need 15 min time to explain how scoring works as a scout sporting requiring. He (mngr) said he has to ask corporate n email details. He gave me email. I photo copied the book pages for requirements with the written words that I previous asked about just explains bowling scoring basics the first week of august 2014. Last week of august I sent a follow up email still no response. Today September 24 I called at 10:00 am. Person on phone went to get manager. Cake back he is busy can I take a message. Left my info n why calling etc. Now at 4:35 pm call again. Person who answered went to get manager n came back n said he said take a message. I said ok. Tell your manager if I don't hear back by Sunday I will call his manager. Why is it so difficult to be a new business in the community but shun your community?? Very very disappointing in your management.

So overall we had a good time out but at moments I had to let annoyances go...Pros:-New, clean facilities with big screen tv's-Staff was friendly (more on them in the cons below)-Food was better than average bowling alley food. We got nachos and the guac seemed homemade (?). Pizza was a little too heavy on the cheese but we got one with fresh basil and balsamic reduction, which was yummy.-They didn't skip on the size of drinks (wine and mixed)Cons:-We had to stand outside for 20 minutes until they cleaned the place after a New Year's Eve bash-As we waited in line a "friend" of either the Manager or Owner walked in and took 2 lanes-The place seems very disorganized and workers seem hesitant to answer any questions. We asked if we could add time onto our lane after we bowled our first hour and the kid working said he didn't know if he was allowed to that night??-Drink and food from the kitchen was slow coming despite there being a lot of workers which makes me think it's more of a management issue.Overall, I REALLY hope this place works things out. I saw several families leave after having to wait for the clean up at the door. Luckily a woman asked if we could form a line which seemed to help a bit. They have half price Wednesday's which is a great deal, but the overall bowling prices per hour/lane seem a bit higher than other places. I'd also love to see a family friendly weekend morning, where we can take the kids and it's still affordable (they have bumpers and metal ramps).
