My wife and I recently ventured out to visit a handful of wineries in Placer County, CA. We were very impressed with this relative new comer to the area and industry. Marshall has been making wine for several years now and recently opened a tasting room in downtown Lincoln, CA. They only had two varietals and one blend to choose from, but several vintages of the Zinfandel. The wines are among the best in Placer County and can easily stand next to anything from El Dorado, Lodi or Napa. They have done there homework and truly have a talent for wine making. We look forward to visiting again soon.
