  I have been here at least 3 times now. Quite a few months ago, we were in area and decided to drop by again and discovered it was closed! I'm sure I saw something about it being sold prior to that and I really hope the new owners are going to keep it open as a tourist attraction in the area.I think it is one of the best attractions Vic has and it would be such a shame to lose it! I love it more than Sovereign Hill actually, as it is more rustic and gives it more of a real feel of pioneer gold town history rather than the richer and wealthier Ballarat gold town history. If you think along the lines of the Man from Snowy River town scenes or the old Western town scenes, this is what you'll see. All the rustic buildings are fitted out with the type of furnishings and belongings they would have had back then...It's probably the most enjoyable tourist attraction I have been to and I have been to many, within Victoria and Australia!!! Please keep it going somehow!!
