Nice atmosphere. Parking available. Decent food. Plenty of souvenirs available. Plants available for sale. Friendly and informative staff.
Worth the trip to the edge of town, an inexpensive tricycle ride. The gardens had lot of different flowers and plants attractively arranged. It also had a nice cafe.
It has no entrance fee. All you need to do is write your name on their guest log book. I love the place. It's so peaceful inside with all the plants. There's even a restaurant and souvenir shop inside. The place is clean, especially their rest room. When you get in, it's like you're in a majestic place... i just love it!
There really wasn't anything spectacular about it. The plants can be found at anyone's backyard. It was part of our tour -- and we should have skipped it
I understand that it's a peak season so our orders, bills, and even change are delayed. Anyway, they should have prepared for this season to serve their guests efficiently. Thoug, I am sure you'll love the "garden". ;)
This is the place where all orchids lovers should go, you can see different kinds/types of orchids here not only orchids they have many kinds of plants also. You can eat also here because they have their own restaurant although we didn't try to eat there. There is no entrance fee so if you are around the area, you can visit this place.
Make sure that you have reserved a table as it gets quite busy during lunch time and the wait can be very long. Try their Pinakbet as that was very delicious. Many enclaves are picture-worthy.If you plan to use their toilet, be ready with their required "voluntary" toilet fee.
The place is a large garden which the owner opened for the public to visit. You'll see different type of plants, trees even animals. Entrance is free but you can offer donations to feed the animals (such as monkeys and birds) and for maintenance. The place is clean and you can buy floral plants if you're into it. You can also buy clay pots (burnay) and small handcrafts as souvenirs. Truly, something you want to go if you'd like a refreshing place to visit when you're in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.
