Charming park located very close to the famous Stanislav square. Suitable for relaxing or just walking, you could spend around 1 hour here.
Nice park to walk in, big for a city park. Has childrens' mills and live animals. Nice to escape from the stones in a city to a green place
This park is just so relaxing. You walk in and you are in another world immediately. We spent some time just wandering around, taking in the beauty of the gardens, watching some girls playing rugby (they were pretty good too!), and generally having a very pleasant time. The park is set out in different areas and it is lovely to go from one to another with all being very different.
A lovely, fun, relaxing place to spend an afternoon to sit and enjoy a picnic and watch the world go by!! A really peaceful day, spent in a lovely, welcoming and peaceful location!!
A nice green shady park where on a Sunday virtually all of Nancy's residents turn out to parade in their finest! Quite bizarre seeing ladies dressed in stiletto's and little black dresses taking a Sunday afternoon stroll! The park is very clean and well maintained, a small zoo which is free is located in the middle with a children's area at the far end with merry go rounds and cabins selling ice cream, refreshments etc.
Beautiful, surprising park near the city centre and place stanislas. There is a little swimming pool to cool down in the hot summer times. A rose park, a litte zoo, and very nice to walk around. We also played minigolf in the park. Very nice minigolf courses in the shade.
An enormous park just meters away from the place Stanislas, where you can see an enormous variety of trees and flowers. Each section of the park is diferent and caters for different tastes and needs - playgrounds for children, quiet sections for relaxing - and right in the middle there's a nice self-service restaurant with generous outdor terraces. Ideal for taking the weight off your feet for an hour or two.
This Parc has it all, a very nice small free zoo with many animals. A small amusement park with several rides only costing 1.50€ each ticket and a food vendor selling crepes and gelato. There was a nice rose garden that we are our lunch at as we bought some meat and baguettes from the lidl as we entered the town.
By entering this park you straight away feel a sense af peaceful tranquility. Majestic mature trees with hidden coves makes you look for more. Also a playground for younger children.
Peniniere Park is the sweetest park I've ever seen. It's quite large and has plenty of entertainment within. It's a favorite for runners and walkers to exercise, there are small carnival rides for children (bumper cars, a carousel, etc), a small zoo with European animals, and my personal favorite, a rose garden with plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the view and the outdoors. I loved walking through this park.
