I had the luxury of experiencing Tash's skills as a yoga teacher and sound healer, whilst travelling in Thailand. The yoga classes were always pitched at the right level, gentle and relaxing yet invigorating at the same time. I couldn't ask for more - practising sun salutations at dawn, supported by Tash's warm, compassionate approach was a perfect way to wake up to the new day! The Yoga Nidra was incredibly powerful. She guided us through a deep relaxation and visualisation that allowed me to go deep within my core and connect with something tribal... hard to explain but highly recommended! Likewise with the 1 on 1 session - the sound frequency and vibration of the bowls on my body sent ripples of healing energy through my whole being. A real treat for body, mind and soul!

I had the privilege of experiencing Tash playing her singing bowls during a life-changing meditation/yoga retreat at New Life Foundation this past April. Lying on a yoga mat under the high thatched roof a circular adobe hall while listening to the deep resonating vibrations from the bowls, I was transported to new levels of peace and serenity. Tash infuses the bowls with her loving and generous spirit and creates a not-to-be-missed meditative and healing experience.

Tashe’s offering with the singing bowls ‘let go & relaxation session’ this evening at the New Life Foundation meditation hall created 'the magic’! I felt that through her singing bowl relaxation practice I experienced a sense of belonging with the group of people I was practicing with and attending her session. As gradually my body found a sense of stillness, I could feel the healing properties of the sound washing through my body and let go of all my fears. I experienced myself floating along with the others in the same pool of love and trust that was created by the sacred sound of her singing bowls. Her gentleness, the smile and her generously open and cheerful spirit melts the fears and become a valuable yoga lesson about connection and togetherness and how we have to become if we consciously want to save our humanness.

Tash has an energy and just being around her makes you feel more positive. She is a big deal healer :) I know her as a yoga teacher from New Life Foundation. I loved yoga lessons at 6 am with the sun waking up with us, very relaxing experience. I also had one to one session with Tibetan Singing Bowls and this was really something else, transcendental and huge energy, truly recommended <3

I had the wonderful opportunity to experience sound healing sessions with Tash at New Life Foundation, Thailand. Whether it was in a 1:1 session, a nighttime group setting, or in combination with restorative yoga, all were fantastic experiences~ relaxing, soothing, and nurturing. I love Tash's experiential style! She uses her own intuition and feedback to make the most of the participants' experience. Above all, Tash is one of the most authentic, down-to-earth, friendly, and life-loving people I have ever met. Her heart, soul, and beautiful energy can be felt in the words she speaks, the classes she gives, and the presence that she holds. Thank you, Tash.
