What can you get these days for only $.25? Not much outside of Olcott New York. This endearing park has old fashioned rides and games for all for $.25 a piece. Not only are the prices great but the rides are in great shape along with the little park they are in. I can't possibly say enough nice things about the people who volunteer there. They were funny, informative about the area and very patient with all the children. Just a short walk from the park is a little village of shops all with their own unique items. With a cute little light house a beautiful beach and plenty of things to interest the whole family Olcott is a must stop. Be sure to check out all the fun events this community has planned. My family and I can't wait to go back again.

A great place to visit if you have a child/grandchild under 52 inches tall. Park is open Wed. - Sunday 12:00-?. If it is a warm day you may want to head out earlier and take the kids to the playground or spray park at Kroll park which is south/ east of the lake or stop by the beach. Bring small cash bills since the rides are 25 cents each and there are 5 of them plus the carousel (adults can ride this and it runs about every 10 to 15 minutes). Older children(at least 8) may also enjoy playing skee ball. There are a few places to grab a bite to eat as well as at the park. Across the street to the left on the lake is a cute little strip of cottage shops and a replica light house with pictures from the past.

This amusement park is perfect for the little ones. 25 cents a ride, duck pond, rocking chairs to relax it is perfect. There is a small food stand and the people are beyond friendly. The view of the lake is the cherry on top. This park is for small children.

This is worth the short drive from Buffalo. I love all things vintage so this place is right up my ally. There are 7 rides which at 25 cents a ride will cost you a whole $1.75. There is also a duck game and a few vintage claw/fortune teller games. The rides would be best for kids 7 or under since you have to be shorter than 52 inches to ride. There is an ice cream stand and several antique stores near by. The beach is right across the street and so is Krull park which has a splash pad.The hours vary, so check their website for exact times but I think it's 12-6 Wed-Sun.

This is a beautiful, city town to visit, if it is just for a day or for a few days. It is quaint and has a little shopping great views and fun for small children.

This place is small by size standards but really is a special place! Not having just the Carousel, you can place several arcade games and enjoy the time with others. Covered venues means you can get by if coll or a bit damp, so get out there and be a kid again!

The Merry-Go-Round was a "must see & do" for us!... even on our 50th Birthday Trip! The park is small but very quaint and adds so much to the charm of Olcott Beach. The Band Organ located inside the park was an added charm.

We got turned around and ended up on Olcott Beach... What a wonderful surprise.. like a small friendly town that doesnt exist anymore.. This was a mistake we didnt mind making... we got out of the car walked around... talked with the locals... enjoyed the lake breeze and watch sailboats go by.. looked through their stores... everything very REASONABLY PRICED.. got some ice cream and then went back in the right direction... We felt we were suppose to end up there... it was just such a nice atmosphere... loved it..

My wife, 2 year old daughter, and I went to Olcott Beach Carousel Park today and had a fantastic time. It is a very small amusement park, but perfect for little kids. The classic carousel is wonderful, and the other rides are beautifully maintained, vintage, kiddie rides. The park was super clean, as were the bathrooms. (Actually, the bathrooms were the cleanest and nicest, public bathrooms both my wife and I have used in a very long time!) My daughter loved all the rides and wanted to ride them multiple times, which was fine since it only cost 25 cents for each ride. The staff was very friendly and very helpful getting the small kids off the rides as well. We will be going back several times before they close at the end of this season.

Rides, carousel, ice cream shop! Quaint little stores to peruse. You can grab a quick lunch and enjoy the views!
