Played Osage National for the first time in August 2014. Course was in great shape. Played the Mountain nine and the Links nine. There is also a River nine. I really liked the course. My only dislikes: too expensive (all the courses at the Lake of the Ozarks are over-priced), gas golf carts (I can't believe more courses don't use electric carts). The Links nine was a fine nine holes but I think calling it links may be a bit much.
Attended a wedding and reception at Osage National. Staff was very kind and happy to see us. The ballroom we were in was big enough and the staff was very friendly and attentive. There was a large smoking area along the building which was very nice. Great views. Very drunk and happy people there that day.
As a part of our family reunion we always like to golf. This course was wonderful. Beautiful views and a great staff. If you are in the Lake of the Ozarks area this is the place to golf. Green fees are reasonable around $100.
Really, really liked Mountain course, didn't care for Links. Didn't play River holes, but will try to next time
Love all three courses and the beautiful scenery, staff friendly and helpful. We've played before and will again.
I got a great deal from golf now. To pay regular price of close to $100, not that great for me. However, the folks where nice and the course was pretty. Great condition
By far one of the very best courses in Osage Beach Mo. Have golfed at several and it has been great...we are from Illinois
One of the nicest courses we've played and a great rate too. Well taken care of, challenging fairways and greens and beautiful scenery. We really loved the changes in elevation between tees and greens on the mountain course. The river course had many water challenges. We didn't get to play the links course, but it looked equally challenging. We would definitely play this course again.
The Mountain nine holes is a beautiful and demanding test. Major elevation changes on several holes providing great vistas from tee boxes overlooking the fairways and holes and homes beyond make this a beautiful nine to play. The Links was a good test but a much flatter nine with water and bunkers dotting most holes. Very well manicured courses with beautiful clubhouse and setting throughout. One of the best in the area!
This is a fun and challenging course. We go every year and the only reason it does not get an excellent rating is many years the course condition is not as good as other area courses. Sometimes due to weather or flooding, but other courses such as Old Kinderhook and Witches Cove are always immaculate. That being said this is a must play course for use every year,
