Beautiful clean soft super pink and white beach -easy access -not crowded! Thoroughly enjoyed the privacy!
I had a pleasure explore and relaxing by the ocean. We went over new years and it was nice to have a quiet time with friends and see lots of locals around here as well. Not to many tourists at this time of year we found.
This is a great relaxed place to have a quick drink or have dinner, with a choice of places to eat and stunning views of the beach and the sea. Friday night boasts one of the most lively nights in Bermuda during tourist season, with live music out on the terrace. A great place to catch the beautiful Bermudian sunset!
Lovely pink beach. Great to walk along. Swim able later in the year. Too cold in March to swim. Groomed saw no shells or fish
Lovely huge, wide beach on Bermuda's South Shore. Like all beaches in Bermuda, it is public. Nice thing here is the Elbow Beach Resort is right there and you can pop over to get a drink! Spectacular views. One of the nicest beaches on the island.
Nice music on iPod, fizz and some fancy left overs from the Christmas hamper. What could be better to ring in the New Year
Man was walking his dog (very large dog). Dog took a dump and owner did not clean it up. Disgraceful. Does not happen in Canada where I live.Otherwise it was a nice visit to the beach.
Great beach, straight out of a picture postcard: golden sand, blue sea, sunshine and waves.Paradise.
The beach is awesome, but it's behind a resort so all the people from the resort use it which is fine if you like crowds.the water is bright blue like a post card we've been to about 20 islands and bermuda's water is by far the most believable you will ever see.elbow is just as nice as the rest on the island it just can get very busy with all the people.
Elbow Beach is the perfect place to relax in peace and quiet. It has one of the best private beaches on the island that is served by very helpful and attentive staff. The hotel also has three restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and all are an excellent standard. The chalet rooms are very clean and spacious, a vast majority have beautiful views of the ocean. The hotel also has a swimming pool, spa, and tennis courts. Built on a hill, some might find it a little challenging but the hotel provides a shuttle to rooms for those that have difficulty. If you are looking for a romantic get away or a relaxing holiday, Elbow Beach will be a great choice for the age group 30+.The airport (L F Wade) is approx 30 mins away (Taxi approx $35) and the island capital Hamilton is a $10 taxi ride away, however buses are very frequent and inexpensive. It's easy to get around the island on public transport, whether ferry or bus. VISIT BERMUDA, IT'S BEAUTIFUL!
