  This was an amazing hot air balloon ride. The people that ran everything were the nicest you will meet. Our group included my family-2 adults and 2 children ages 12 and 14 and another older couple was added to our flight along with the pilot. I was a little concerned when I saw the size of the basket that we would all fit, but we did. It was an amazing ride. My kids loved every minute of it. It was really fun. My husband surprised us for my 40th birthday. He made the reservations the day before, but the other couple in our group made their reservations 3 months before. If the weather is bad they can not take off, you do not get your money back, but you do get to reschedule. They call in to make sure the weather is good to go before take off. So you are very safe.
