  The knowledge of the sales people here is the best my family has encountered.Most of the gentleman are seniors with many years experience that can answer almost any question,unlike some of the kids working at other highway chains.We much rather spend 20.00 more here and feel comfortable with our purchase,then wasting more gas going from place to place trying to get the best price.

  I find that I am was greeted at this store, when I requested assistance I was shuffled from one salesperson to another. The place was not even busy; I find that because they are commission sales guys they ignore you unless you are making a large purchase; I just wanted an alarm clock. As soon as I moved to the TV department they were all over me and then when I said I need help with a clock help was not forthcoming. I happen to be in the market for a big ticket electronic item but I will never purchase it here. If they are unable to help me with a small purchase, how could I trust them for a large purchase.

  They pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door. The sales people always try to sway you to a pricier model or away from the sale special. Specials are not plentiful and usually run out quickly. Pricing is a game and i received two different amounts on a washer at two different visits the same day at the same store.
