Great concept for a college. Beautiful setting and a great restaurant. Everyone was polite and helpful and would visitagain.
The restaurant is fantastic atmosphere for lunch or dinner. They also have a wonderful brunch on Sunday's. Students will be your wait staff. The students are wonderful to talk to, and very professional. Some unusual dinner and lunch items you will want to try. The dinning hall has a copper ceiling and all the beautiful décor creates an upscale atmosphere, with very fair, and somewhat low pricing. Enjoy! It is a very popular spot for those in the know.
We are here for the NAIA National Basketball Championships and Keeter Gym is a wonderful place to hold the finals. The gym holds 3500 people. We haven't seen much of the campus, but what we have seen looks pretty nice.
You have to visit this college campus to believe it! We had a great time touring the college. Students work on campus to pay for their college tuition. There is a restaurant in the Keeter Center that is not only beautiful but the food is excellent. We ate here twice during our short visit. Don't miss this gem in Branson!
I highly recommend coming to College of the Ozarks. It is my school. We have a museum, lodge, dairy farm, a mill, and a greenhouse for you to visit.
Kinda hard to find, but worth it. The best Branson has to offer for dining. The kids are learning so much more than college. The learn service, manners, friendliness, attention to etail. Great place with the right stuff!
Sounds goofy, doesn't it? ... Guinea Pigs. But that's pretty close to the truth in that this restaurant is a "teaching facility." Students of the school not only earn tuition money, but many of them are in training for running their own restaurants, etc. But it's good. The food is good ... not exquisite, but good. The service, however, is probably what makes this place different than many. These kids who serve as waiters, etc., are doing their best to make your dining experience enjoyable ... and they succeed ... usually. Quite honestly, the food is a bit over-priced, but the atmosphere is bright, clean, attractive and, again, the service is great. Give these kids some good experience and give yourself a treat and enjoy being a "guinea pig."
We enjoyed the Sunday brunch. Food was delicious and students waited on the tables. GreT way to hear about the facility if you wanted more information. Food is farm to table with everything raised there.
The overall concept of the college should be done throughout the entire USA. The students prepare the food, serve the food and wait on the customers. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful.
We have been several times to brunch and to dinner the food is unbelievable and all the students are very friendly I will say this is an absolute jewel of the Ozarks
