Stopped here on a cold morning waiting for some other things to open up. Really neat place with a wide variey of great old cars for sale. We were just killing time and no salesman pressured us, just thanked us for stopping in to take a look. They also had some newer cars that were fun to see. Nice gift shop, decent prices. Great way to spend an hour or two in St Charles.
I have never seen so many muscle and older collectible cars in pristine condition in one place. All for sale and easily browsed by just walking around. All are under cover for the most part. This is a must see place for car enthusiasts.
If you love classic cars or in the market for one, then be sure to stop here while visiting Old Saint Charles. Close to the St. Charles RV park - Sundermeier's.
I had visited several times, just to look at the antique and classic cars. When I found the classic Mustang that I wanted to buy, it was at Fast Lane on consignment. They were helpful, informative, accommodated my schedule and made some improvements to the car as part of the purchase deal. The gift shop is wonderful!
2 large buildings full of consigned restored vintage automobiles, some small memorabilia and antiques for sale as well and a nice gift shop. Fun way to spend a few hours.. or drop the guys off and the girls can head to nearby French-town or historic old town for some serious shopping.
Came across this place and decided to stop by. Very pleased we did. They have a lot of great cars. Sight seeing the cars is free. The cars are for sale. The gift shop was great. Lots of merchandise. Very friendly staff. We spent about an hour and a half here. We could have been there longer. The cars are spread throughout several buildings. They have two showrooms, a shop, and a detail shop. It was great to be able to find a car showroom that was free to look at the cars.
Great place to look at cool cars and some collectibles. But, considering that they do not offer any warranties on their cars, you'll pay twice as much here as you would if you just go out and find the hot rod you want from a private buyer. So, go look, but, don't purchase, unless you just love spending far more than something is worth.
I am not a car buff, but my cousins were in town and they love cars! So, I took them to Fast Lane in St Charles and they were in heaven. They enjoyed all the cars and the people who work there were very nice. There is no fee and they have a great gift shop. The only food I saw was popcorn or sodas.
Original aluminum body Cobra. '67 Shelby KR500. Shelby Series 1. Vettes. Mopar. More muscle than Venice Beach. I'd easily pay $20 to walk around their 2 showrooms and he lets you in FOR FREE. The cars are pretty stacked so its tough to get great pictures without an 18 wide angle, but I got 90% of the shots I wanted. AWE-SUM!
My son and I had an excellent visit here. This is a museum and classic car dealer all in one. We took our time looking at all of the great cars they had on display. We also found the largest display I have ever seen of Hot Wheels for sale in their gift shop!! My son took several home, for around $1 each!!If I were ever in the market for a classic car, I should contact them.
