MTs is a neighborhood bar that has surprisingly good food depending on the cook that is working. They have one cook who is amazing and if you are lucky enough to go there when he is cooking: MTs has the best prime rib philly sandwiches around! Everything that comes out of his kitchen is tasty and sublime. Sadly though, if you go when that cook is not working then you get mediocre bar food. :-(
