Good family putt-putt. Went with a party of 5 and had a great time. Plan to stand in line on each hole but is does move fast. The train ride to the two coarses is fun and different. I would recommend this to any family.
We were the only ones there, but the staff was not friendly at all. Nobody smiled or chatted, they just seemed really grouchy and annoyed that they had to help us. We did the Gold course and the layout of the stations were so boring. A slight hill here or there is not variety on a mini golf course. It was $9.50 per person just for golf which was totally not worth it. The best thing about our experience was riding the train to the top of the course.
Stopped twice while in the area. The gold was typical mini golf. It is a fun way to spend time time with family. We tried the karts the second time and was disappointed. Of the 4 karts we had one was so much faster it lapped the slowest twice during our time on the track. The slowest kart was so bad that you were left behind after the first turn and never seen again until you were lapped. two of the karts were equal enough that you could have a little race. We might stop the next time we are in the area.
I am not a big mini golf, but we were trying to burn off some energy of 2 year old. We all had a blast. You start out riding a train to the first hole. Honestly, that is what drew us to this place was the train ride, but the course was well maintained and fun. Not overly hard.
We played mini golf with our kids aged 8 to 18 and we all enjoyed it. We even rode go-carts after golfing, which was a huge hit with the kids. Just wish it was a little more reasonably priced. The go-carts alone were $8.50 per person for 5 or so minutes on the track. Overall a very cool place for the whole family. As someone else said - bring your wallet!
The mini golf courses were very creative and fun! Ample time on the bumper boats and go karts. There were no lines when we were here (daytime). We got the armbands which were clearly the only economical way if you want to spend more than an hour here. Only suggestion would be to have a concession stand. There are soda vending machines but ice cream or snow cones and fountain sodas would be great!
A little bit expensive but you don't have to pay for small kids. You can use the coupons that are in all of the Visitor's guides. The guy in charge was extremely nice. The course is in excellent shape and is probably one of the better layouts that I have played. I particularly like the Diamond course. The arcade is a complete dump though.
We had fun but it was a little pricey. Slightly disappointed they had one price per person. I have a child under the age of 8 and he was full price? We visited another establishment a few miles away and saved $20 for another round.
We had a lot of fun. It is a little pricey, and when it is dark a little hard to see in spots. Kids loved the train ride.
We liked Professor Hacker's putt putt course (they have two) more than the Golfin Dolphin because it had more unique/tricky holes, great landscaping, was clean and starts with a cool little train ride to get to the first hole. We like this course better than most we've tried in Myrtle Beach, too. A nice way to end the evening!
