Yum! These were honestly the best strawberries I have ever put in my mouth - sweet and juicy - every one! We happened to see the signs along the road and decided to stop. So glad we did! We only picked a small amount since we were traveling, but I wished later I would have picked more! Taste as you pick though - as certain rows in the field tasted better than others! We found the area we liked and then picked in that one area.
we really liked the buffet. good food, homey atmosphere.
You can pick your own or buy ones that have already been picked for you. Make sure to try some jam or other products they have for sale. They also have a lavender farm here. Check their website to see what is growing at the time of year you plan on visiting.
I went to about 6 different farms and this one was definitely my favorite because the lavender field was very big and they had also berry fields with blackberries, blueberries and boysenberries, which I knew existed but had never seen live. You can pick berries and lavender there and pay accordingly, or just buy the ones already picked.
We love summer and Graysmarsh makes it extra special. The strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and jellies are the best . We have gone picking and filled up our buckets and have been lazy and purchased right at the local fruit stand on the premises. Either way it is always tasty and there is nothing like purchasing fresh fruit right at the source!
What a great way to spend the day with the family. Yummy berries that you can pick OR berries for sale (ready to go) if you want to cruise in. Great lavender as well. Fun times.
A great place to pick your own fruit (or you can buy it already picked) like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries.
This is a great place to pick raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and pick your own lavender. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. We used this as a family outing meeting from different locations to hang out and pick berries while catching up. Some people had brought their own packed lunch and were hanging out at the tables eating. Bring your own bucket or they have some you can use. A great time. Plenty of berries for all, so don't worry if there are a lot of people around. Lots to offer, for young and old. LOVE IT.
This was such a pleasant day! We first picked/ate the berries that were in season - loganberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Even though the strawberries weren't ripe, you could smell them and it was heavenly! Then, we we had eaten our fill, we each picked a handful of lavender (watch out for the bees!). We visited the weekend after the Sequim Lavender Festival, so the place was pretty empty. The berries and lavender were reasonably priced (remember to bring your own container) and we also bought a jar of local honey at the cashier stand. Really, really lovely place where you can pick both berries and lavender.
Hit this place at the right time (usually mid-July, about the same time as the Sequim Lavender Festival) and there are multiple berry varieties that you can pick. Blackberries, Raspberries, Loganberries, Marionberries, Blueberries and so on... Fair prices...if you don't bring your own containers, you can buy from them--sturdy & reuseable, they don't gouge ya!
