Brought the family on a rainy afternoon at the Shelby Twp location.The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and answered all of our questions.The older children and Adults enjoyed the Dodgeball area greatly and were excited to return at another date with friends to play again,but the daughter who brought her toddler son was upset at the lack of understanding,attitude,and all round rudeness towards the toddler by the young men on staff.WAS not toddler friendly at all!Made the mom feel that the rules for parent & toddler,left her child unsafe and in dangerous situations,minus a parent.I feel as though perhaps an age limit or maybe a special area where parents and toddlers can play safely,while older siblings are enjoying what Sky Zone has to offer?Also maybe employee training on manners would go a long way.Other than that,older kids had a great time,bathrooms were very clean,concessions had fair prices offered a variety of snacks and drinks.Fair prices too!

I paid for an hour for my 6 yr old son and myself and needless to say it was a waste of time. The dodgeball area was always closed unless the employees and there friends were playing.Unfriendly staff that should be retrained or seek employment else where that doesn't involve small children. Had to look for management twice to get jumping areas open this took place on a Sunday evening. I'll stick to AirTime!
