This is a really nice course in the Treasure Coast area that we highly recommend. The rates are reasonable (sign up as an e-member and you get better rates) and the course is a great alternative (it reminds us a bit of the PGA courses in Port St. Lucie). The staff is great and the course was in fantastic shape.
Great staff and great manager. Perfect for a bite and a drinks after 18 on the green. Definitely a nice spot. If it only made my golf game better
We enjoy the golf course. Sandwich shop is minimal - a decent hot dog. Maybe there is breakfast? The beer is cold. Not much else to say about the cafe. It's ok when convenient before or after golf. The cafe is not a destination.
The course is generally in good shape. Over the years it has had its ups and downs with management and maintenance. They seem to be on the right track now. Summertime rates can be a little higher than competitors but I like the course. Some very challenging holes. many holes surrounded by wetlands and preservers. JJ
Well designed course, challenging but fair. Great greens and all-around conditions. Plus they have a nice skins game on Mondays...
great layout....greens are great...very accommodating..pace of play around 4 hours
I play and practice at this course regularly. It is, by far, the most resonably priced and best quality course in the area. It surprises me that other courses in the area are more crowded with poor quality greens. Pros John Paul and tour winner David Ladd are great. I credit David Ladd with helping me go from a 20 handicap to 9 at the age of 62. CHECK IT OUT! Capt Bob
I, and my fellow golf league members of the NUTs, have been playing at the Champions Club regularly every week for the past 4 years. I come on non-league days just to practice and have lunch in the high caliber restaurant. The course offers a great challenge for all skill levels from the pros to high handicappers like me. It is always in great shape and the superintendent continues to provide superb playing conditions. The management and staff treat us like country club members without the country club prices. It is a super friendly environment with top notch service. We enjoy the 19th hole as much as the golfing fun. There is always some nature to see with the preserve surroundings. Birds of all kinds native to this area are plentiful. Deer prance across the fairways. There is an occasional alligator seen swimming in search of errant water balls. David Ladd's Golf Academy headquartered here provides excellent instruction from a proven tour player and has helped my game improve and let me enjoy the game even more. I would highly recommend the Champions Club to anyone visiting the area as part of a golf trip. Or to anyone just wanting a great golf outing. Jack Wayda
This course was in great shape...very busy course for the weekend before New Year's, but the pace of play was very good...a good challenge
Very fair for Florida. Hazards are avoidable so it's a lot more fun than many of the Florida courses.. Interesting holes and great greens.
