I've been in this museum 2 times and I'm definitely going back some day !The museum a beautiful piece of architecture and breaths Mercedes-Benz' history you've never seen !
DO NOT MISS an opportunity to visit this incredible historic journey though the automobile...you will need at least 5 hours to see it all, and that's if you are moving quickly down the spiral walkway down continuous multiple levels of amazing examples of automobiles and historic cars.
Very interesting Museum about the history of Mercedes. An elevator takes you to the top where you walk your way down through world history and the history of Mercedes. It's very interesting and worth the visit if you like cars. Only thing missing some of their modern models.
Spent about 4 hours at the museum. You don't have to be a Mercedes/car enthusiast to enjoy the museum. I highly recommend it!

We chose to go to this museum early in the morning by taxi which was the easiest. Spent the morning on this incredible journey of Mercedes Benz history. Lots of picture taking opportunities and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. There is a place to eat at the end of the tour which we found timely. If you are visiting Stuttgart, don't miss this one.
Definitely worth a visit, even if you're not a Mercedes-Benz fanatic. The museum is really well set up (once you realise you're meant to start on the 8th floor-it's ok, there's an elevator!). You learn the whole story about the development of the engine to where we are now, and into the future, but there is also a lot of information about what else was going on at the time so you can relate it all. I learnt a lot! You can go inside some of the vehicles and there are heaps of great photo opportunities. I definitely recommend an audioguide- they're free! I'd allow more than 2 hours if you want to do it all properly and not rush it at closing time!
