From the moment you arrive, you feel like a welcome guest. You are offered a drink; water, coffee or a Mimosa and then taken to the "relax cave" where you sit in a chaise lounge with a warm lavender scented neck pillow and a soft warm blanket. Then the relaxing music plays while a salt mist is pumped into the room. After 45 minutes you are breathing more freely and very relaxed. There are up to seven people in the room and the only draw back I noticed was if they fell asleep before I did, I heard snoring!
