Thought I signed up for a few zips. Got a lot more than that as this is a full ropes course with some very challenging "crosses". The guides were great and my kids 19-10 loved it.
My kids enjoy this place. We like the slopes and it's not to expensive. The staffs are very helpful and always on site.
Probably the most fun I have ever had---but be in good shape for this or you won't be able to move the next day!
Did the 5-zip line (on the first day the lower 2 opened). Fantastic experience!! It rained on us, and it was cold, but even so, it was terrific. GREAT guides (Rosalie, Romain & Remi), mixture of zip types (the long one was almost 2 minutes!!) Beautiful views, our guides were very safety conscious, and had great personalities, making sure everyone enjoyed the day.Caveats: it takes about 3 hours total, so plan for it. There is some hiking, about 10-15 minutes once, about 25 or so the other time, to get between a couple of the zip lines. I originally wasn't too wild about that, given the rain, but it was beautiful to be in the Canadian forest, and I was glad at the end of the day, that it included the hikes, and it wasn't simply zip-lining. Beautiful waterfall after the final zip-line, too!
Mont Tremblant is really overcrowded during summer, but, still it is very nice place to spend a day or to bring your friends that are visiting Montreal.I like to go up the hill because of magnificent view from above. Down in a “village” it’s nice, but nothing breathe taking. There is nothing especially unique just for this place. It is very well maintained, lots of flowers … As I said nice to spend day. Maybe, during the winter, for people that love skiing might be very different experience.
One of the best family vacation places ever! There is no other lake like this one.. Amazing hike trails.. You say "echo" and you hear it back 10 times!! Met wonderful friends here.. Love you Mont Tremblant!
The kids enjoyed it. It was reasonably priced. My kids like physical activity. So this fit the bill. However, my 8 year old was too young to do it. So, I went with the older kids and my husband stayed with my little one. The kids course was way too easy for my 8 year old. She would have been too bored.
We had so much fun on this ropes course! This is a course that is challenging in many ways - the height (in the trees) and the obstacles and the length ( about 3 hours), but you will feel so good that you did it during and when it's over. It's one of those things for people in average to above average physical shape where they can say "hey, I did that - how cool". We loved the variety of obstacles and the pace of the whole thing as there were easier challenges in between some more difficult ones. The main course takes about 3 hours. There is also another smaller course for younger kids that keeps them happy. If you love being outdoors, interested in doing something different, and enjoy a little challenge this is absolutely the activity for you!! I just wish we lived closer.
Tremblant resort has a ton of stuff for adventurous families, and we sampled several wares at the activity table. The ziplining and aerial games course, be forewarned, is TOUGH and intense, but a rewarding experience even in driving rain (which we had). The dune buggies, which you actually pick up in LaBelle (about half an hour north of Tremblant), proved to be a fantastic choice for everyone in our group, and Damian, our guide, made the day better for everyone involved. The luge at Tremblant is also a blast - faster than you think - and we rented a boat on Lake Tremblant for an afternoon of cruising and barbecuing. Like everything at Tremblant, be prepared to pay top price, but we had lots of smiling kids' faces, sore muscles and memories to talk about later.
What ever your ski level is, there is a fantastic track for you! All the staff and trainers are so nice and attentive. You will totally love your experience here.
