Constantly rated top 5 smaller arenas Toledo finally can enjoy a proper venue... I can't even imagine Elton John gagging thru a set at the old sports arena .
Everything... the long walk to the other side, the itty bitty seating! I couldn't wait for the program to end as I had no room at all to move. One guy on my left side is 6 ft 5, and the other is 6ft. The suites have tons of room been in those a few times. I won't return.
Have you ever been to a concert at the Huntington Center? If not go! You have a great variety of seating locations and while some are more ideal than others, the staff there is great! They are among some of the friendliest people I have met. I believe this facility is one that will be around and used for years to come and if you are looking for a place to have a concert, gather the locals in- this is the place! Dislikes parking but as with any other city you will have parking lots that are full and other lots where they are overcharging the consumer to park because they know they can- leaving you with little to no choice but to park in their lot while you become prey to high expense parking in an area you normally would never park!
The staff was kind of rude and the inside was a a little dirty, but my overall experience was pretty good!
I have been to the Huntington Center in Toledo twice for two separate concerts. Both times were great. There is always parking close to the venue, decently priced. Refreshments are good. Beer is kind of pricey, but that is true for all events I have been to regardless of the location. The inside of the arena is a nice size, and both times I have had an excellent view of the stage. The first time I attended a concert here, my friend and I had floor seats which were amazing. The second time, another friend and I were seated five rows up in one of the lower levels, and we still had a wonderful view. All the staff members I have encountered were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend the Huntington Center, and I have every intention of continuing to return.
Absolutely fabulous venue! Not a bad seat in the house, extremely clean - could not recommend more for a family activity! Staff does great job with entertainment during breaks from the game!
Overall the venue was good. Clean with good facilities. I was in the standing section so didn't get to test the seat size. After spending over an hour waiting to get in to a Wembley Arena and two hours each waiting to get out of First Niagara Pavilion, Burgettstown and Jacobs Pavilion, Cleveland, I was very happy with the organisation at the Huntington Center. Entry took around 15minutes and exit within 5 minutes. The place was well staffed and everyone was helpful. There are lots of car parks within a 1 mile radius of the arena. I would recommend walking a little further to avoid the queues of the multi-storey.
The seating is so cramped, I left before the concert was over. The seats are so narrow, you feel like you're half sitting on the person next to you. The legroom is also very bad. There is not enough legroom that you can sit straight, you're legs have to be be turned to the side. Much worse than the average airline seat! Also, the walk around the outside of the stadium floor to get to your seats is quite long. It would be very bad for a person who had walking/ health issues.I would not attend another event in this venue if the seats were free!
This is the home of our Toledo Walleyes Hockey Team! This facility is first class. I've been here for hockey games and concerts and you won't have a bad seat anywhere in the arena. I've also toured the whole facility and it is first class! A must see!
First time to the arena in Toledo. Chaporoned 60 middle schoolers to game. All 60 came home. Not to crowded and food concessions were good and prices were fairly reasonable. Good place to take field trip and felt relatively safe
