We want to offer all our customer the best experience possible. With Mary Poppins being our first production we did have some what of a learning curve in regards to our sound. Our sound engineer and technical director worked quickly to resolve this issue and we are now confident it has been corrected. We hope to see you again soon for one of our 2015 productions.
Absolutely loved everything about this place. First, the meal was delish. They served a breaded chicken along with Beef Tenderloin that was melt-in-your-mouth good. I worried since this was a dinner theater that they may skimp on the food, but that was not the case. It was what you would expect from a top notch restaurant. The Italian bread they served was excellent. Since the food was so good, I was then worried about the quality of the show......IT WAS BETTER THEN I EXPECTED! A top quality performance of Mary Poppins by talented performers on a beautiful stage. My family and I can't wait for their next show. If you're on the fence about going, don't be. The dinner alone is worth the price of the ticket, and the performance is Broadway quality. Absolutely, MUST DO if in The Dells.
We attended one of the last nights of the show Mary Poppins. What a great show! We were amazed at how wonderful it was and it was great to be able to share the day with my daughter! We will definitely be coming back for future shows!
We were very excited to find that this dinner theatre re-opened, and it did not disappoint! Great meal and show. Can't wait for the 2015 schedule to be posted - will make the drive just to go here again...
We were heading north to visit my uncle at Christmas and saw a review of Mary Poppins on our local news. I did some research and we booked out tickets. The ease of online booking was great, they even followed up with a confirmation call. We arrived right as the doors were opening. Our seats provided a great view, we were at one of the tables for 8. We had a range of needs at our table, vegetarians, children, and regulars...we were all pleased. The show was terrific. The ambiance was delightful. Hopefully they will offer more family shows in the future.
Finally, a first class theater with a Broadway production. The facility was not only clean but beautiful from the lobby, bar and inside the theater. The food was plenty, couldn't possibly have eaten the entire meal. The wait staff was great and I loved how dessert was served at intermission. The Mary Poppins production was first rate. I am hopeful the theater will incorporate a subscription series as I will be back with my family and friends.
We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the majority of your experience attending the Palace Theater. We are sorry to hear you had to remind your server more than once about getting a getting the gluten free meal you had requested. We work hard training our servers to provide the best service and in this instance we fell short. We are working on ways to keep these types of issues from happening and we have put in place a new system between the box office and wait staff to make sure servers know when they have a customer with a specialty (gluten free) meal. We enjoyed thid theatre greatly. Excellent show and actors, great food, great service. We saw Mary Poppins musical. The theatre inside and outside is beautiful!
Attended Disney's 'Mary Poppins' the day after Christmas and absolutely loved it! We bought our tickets online about a month ahead of time (very reasonable for all that we received). The dinner-theater is beautiful and spacious. The food was perfect and served by some of the best wait staff we've seen. The show and actors were amazing! Everyone had a great time. Cannot wait to see the next production at the Palace Theater in Wisconsin Dells!

We’re sorry you had to wait longer than usual to get into the theater, we do our best to start seating people 90 minutes prior to Showtime. We pride ourselves on providing top quality food. Our chef likes to to come up with menu choices that offer variety and taste great.In regards to the sound issues, we quickly learned this venue needs to be adjusted depending on how many patrons are in the house.
