  let me start by saying we have dined here dozens if times and just don't understand why the service is so slow? infact the less crowded it is the longer it seems to take. 3 of us went for dinner Sunday night around 630. there were about 1/2 dozen tables and a few people at the bar. at least 3 seemed to be working and 4 people actually making sushi, 2 bartenders and a host. everything order took forever, drinks came out very slow, and looked as though they had been sitting at the bar a few minutes from the condensation on the glasses. a club soda ordered at the same time as the cocktails took twice as long. one appetizer came out pretty quickly but the other with two entrees.... and on and on and on. the best part was watching out server walk through the restaurant as if she had nothing to do, setting empty tables on the way to our table with food to deliver to us! seriously???? dinner took over 2 hours!
