Great place with great people. Several convenient locations to choose from. The welcome mat is out. This review system cant count. I put in more that 50 and it still does not like it. :(

Westernport Public Library is a small yet quaint library that provides the perfect variety of books for any reader. The children and adults sections are divided, making it nice for those who want to bring their children in for story hour and browse while the kids are having fun. The librarians are knowledgeable and friendly, eager to help in finding the right books for readers. The only downside to the Allegany County Library System is that those who are not residents of Allegany County must pay a yearly fee to have a library card. Since Westernport Library is the most convenient library for many people in the Piedmont, West Virginia area, it is too bad that many children especially cannot check out books because they may not have the money for that yearly fee. This library may be their only access to books, so I would like to see this non-resident fee for a library card be waived for children.
