It was our first visit to this venue and was totally impressed. The ease in parking combined with the visiblity and acoustics made the Martina McBride concert a delightful date night with my husband.
Lovely and thoughtfully designed concert facility. All seats have a good view of the stage and enjoy an warm, intimate connection to the performance. Onsite parking and easy driving access.
There isn't a bad seat in the place. It isn't to big but it has ample space and well laid out. It is modern and clean, and the employees are helpful and professional. Would definitely go to events here again!
The SMITE WC was held this past weekend at the Arts Centre. The Centre is very Modern, clean and functional. The upper level had poor visibility for this type of venue, for other performances it would be great. We stayed across the street at Embassy Suites which was very convenient. Will plan on returning next year.
My husband and I saw Harry Connick Jr. last night at Cobb Energy. (If you've never seen him and you love music, make it a point to see him when he's next near you!! He is an amazingly talented man.) It was our first visit to the Centre. Even though the concert was sold out, there is ample space inside the theatre. The lobby did not seem very crowded and the lines at the bar were moving quickly. We sat in the orchestra section, row K, on right. Amazing seats! Perfect view. The sound was crystal clear! It was cold and rainy, so we were glad that we were able to park in the deck and walk under a covered walkway to the front door of the theatre. In order to avoid the mad rush out of the deck, we walked over and had a drink at Embassy Suites. Highly recommend this venue! We will be back!
This a great center and an even better concert. The seats are a little small but still a nice venue.
Most recently saw the Atlanta Ballet performance of "Romeo et Juliette". There is not a bad seat in the venue. It was a little warm and I had hoped for better air circulation because people get dressed up for the Ballet especially on Valentines Day. But still rate this as a top notch venue!
I have attended several events here and have never been disappointed. The most recent being the Dancing With the Stars Live Tour. The building is easily accessed from a well planned parking deck. Parking fee is $6. Clean restrooms are located on each floor and some events offer concessions. Plenty of knowledgeable, friendly staff available and not a bad seat in the house. Seats are tiered and each step is well lit, but I saw someone fall when they failed to look down while walking. Even in New Years Eve Atlanta traffic, flow remained smooth entering and exiting the area.
We went to see Brian Setzer and as always, the sound, lighting, etc were amazing. At this point, we have seen many different shows in this venue and have sat in many different locations and have yet to sit in a bad seat. The sound is good everywhere and we have not sat anywhere that the stage has been visually impaired yet. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The seats are comfortable. I just wish more artists would come here.
The seating is great with nice seat cushions. The concessions are very nice. The restrooms are very nice and clean all the time. There are no bad seats in this venue. My only con with the seating is the rows are way too long with not breaks in between. So you might have to make everyone in the direction you decide to go out on stand up to let you by. I have sat there a little longer than I normally would, waiting to get up for a restroom break because of that issue. The parking deck is nice and very organized. It's only $6 to $7 on event day. Way cheaper than downtown parking. Everything is this area is modern and there are plenty restaurants and a mall close by.
