Just an average thaeter, in a far north suburb of the Twin Cities.
You average movie complex. Snack bar prices jacked to the hilt and staff not only forgets your there they sometimes forget to start the movie on time. It is usually clean but the seats are never confortable. I do however like the early bird movie discount that is later in the day than other cinemas in the area.
Went last night with my grandson to see Planet of the apes...The cinema is tiny on one level. My grandson had to kneel on the seats to see the small screen popcorn all over the floor...Never go again. Will stick with Basingstoke in future.
Andover Cinema is a nice local movie theatre. It has stadium seating and friendly staff to take care of you meet your concession needs.
We went to a 915pm show. Movie itself was terrible. The seats were broken and uncomfortable.Once the movie ended the lights never got turned back on. Using our cell phones, we made it to the lobby. We then discovered that there were no employees in the entire building!!!! There were teenagers everywhere. I'm surprised this place is still in business.
Just like any other theater, but I'm not a fan of Pepsi products and the popcorn seems just too buttery, if that's even possible. Maybe it's the butter all together.
Liked the seats and had a great view. Popcorn was stellar.Easy check in and tickets. Clean bathrooms. Would go to again.
I hadn't been to a movie in a while and was looking forward to it. However, when we got to this movie, the screen was blurry and seemed more like we were watching a movie on a t.v. screen in the early 70's, with poor reception. Three different people at separate times got up and asked a ticket taker and then later, the person who takes your money, if they would PLEASE fix the blur on the screen. It was never fixed and at the end of the movie we felt like we were going blind. With all the theater's around here, I won't be going back to this one. Boo!
New seating and remodeling, good improvements. This cinema is a great addition to Andover community. We will go again.
Took the kids to Godzilla love this theatre nice and close to where we live and has that neighborhood feel, and good job remodeling. I love the seats. Good popcorn, pop refills free. Best of all we can always get in and people up here seem to respect the other patrons more. Phones are off and no loud people. That's why we always go back.
