Decent property. Nicely decorated, and clean. Varied menu for a bar that serves food.Ordered pork chop ( grilled) with mashed potatoes. I was asked by server (bartender) about dressing for salad, and if I wanted gravy with potatoes. I asked what kind of gravy - server did not know. I asked her to find out - she agreed to do so. She did not follow through, so I was served potatoes with gravy, anyway.Pork chop was hot and meaty. Potatoes were room temperature.Considering there were 3 guests at the bat, and one table occupied, service was poor - inattentive.I accepted the meal as served. Simple commitment by server would have saved the day. NEVER commit to what you choose not to do.Could have been a pleasant first visit. It was not, due to service. On my return next week to hotel (bar is attached to hotel), I will likely choose another restaurant.Caveat Emptor!
