Great place to visit and swim. Excellent views. Easy walking to get to Blue Pool and it is well looked after
A lovely little spot to visit. Shame i didnt have my togs with me! Oh well.....Maybe next time. Definitely pop down to dee the Blue Pool if youre not one for swimming in the ocean but still keen to take a dip within the safety of the Blue Pool walls.
Icon of Bermagui, the pool is a natural pool added on by man. I was born in Bermagui, 5th generation, so I am biased, my late grandfather assisted and laboured on building the concrete steps down to the pool. The original concrete dressing sheds were washed away by heavy seas, local council have replaced the older ones up top near carpark. Enjoy our pool for a nice swim in warm weather, or join some locals for some early morning refreshing laps.
Easy to find off Scenic Drive and good view from the lookout above the pools. Worth the walk down and look around. Would be enjoyable to swim in on a hot day.
Beautiful view from top. Lots of steps down & of course back to top Cold getting in water Small pool no water maybe tide was not suitable
What an amazing spot to swim in a huge pool made from natural rock forms along with concreted ends. We also did the 97 stairs down and up daily a number of times as part of our walk. Hard work and helped us keep fit on the holidays in a blissful environment.
This is apparently an icon of Bermagui and it's easy to see why. We were down in Bermagui for three days and not one was spent without a visit to the pool. The redone stairway (according to our local tour guide and friend) is a huge help in making the steep walk down and into the pool, but if you can stand the walk, the pool will not disappoint. The water is clear and a little warmer than the ocean. But the best part is the natural rocks that adorn the pool. It makes it feel like your own personal hideaway. Definitely worth spending a half our or a half day.
Clear paths to walk on and very clean toilets at the car park. Quite safe to swim. Gardens and lawns very tidy
a pool area that is fed by the ocean and looked lovely to swim in! but it was too cool for us at the time!
A lady at the Bermagui information centre told us about this pace & we are so glad she did, it is truly a wonderful place, just wish we had visited it in the warmer months, would have loved to have swum & snorkeled. I could spend a full day here.
