Tour guide was good and informative. Had lunch in their cafe after the tour overlooking the mountains.
great building making the most of the hilly location, and out of town. The art was good -modern with displays of artifacts of the ifugat people, but could have been interpreted better. Worth the trip out. Easy to get to by jeepney.
A must-see for anyone going to Baguio. BenCab is an extremely talented artist but included in his exhibits are also pieces of several extremely talented artists. Medium is varied from mixed media, wood sculptures, painting, photography...
喜欢这里的安静、秀美、别致,喜欢这里的作品别具一格,喜欢这里的不停流动的云团包裹住的这个坐落于山里的博物馆,太美了!
Very well presented with European style to it. Lovely eatery to relax after strolling around this Museum. Parking can be a little awkward though.
BenCab is a fascinating place, it house various ethnic artifact on the said province, painting, wood curving and etc. The place has cafeteria, their hot Chocolate they offer is outstandingly delicious and not to mention the beautiful view. The place is a walking distance to the so called wood carving village, in you can buy the cheapest wood carving you can find. The Museum can be reach either via tax (around 180 depending on which path they take) or via a jeepney near the burnham park. For traveler with disability (wheel chair) it will be very hard for them to room round, since the museum has no elevator nor a path way for wheel chair (all stairs) but overall this place is a must to visit when you go to Baguio.
Has a good collection of local painting and sculpturesGood for visual art enthusiast and family museum escapades
Great collections of art, but a bit far from the city. But it was worth a trip.I enjoyed hanging out on their cafe because the view outside just perfect!
Love the museum as there's stuff that everyone in your group will love, from the art bluff (obviously), the nature lover (beautiful mountainside and a trail loop) to even the foodie (the cafe food is actually really, really good!), the place made me changed my notion on what museums should be.I was looking forward to doing the trail that loops around the area but will most likely do it some other time as we were short on time and we have 3 kids in tow. From what I've heard the trail takes around 30 minuteThe only thing that was a disappointment was the lack of variety in their merchandise at their gift shop. Was hoping to see maybe key chains or even refrigerator magnets but saw a lots of t-shirts.
3/4 floors of art. Well worth the trip out from the centre. Take a guide round the park if you have the energy after the artwork. Cafe/restaurant was excellent. Seemed to be a destination for ladies who lunch so time your dining to avoid large groups although the staff cope very well with 20-30 diners at one time
