It's an excellent park to hang out and playing. Nice park with lake, bridge, trees. Also a wonderful place for BBQ in summer. you can also enjoy the fireworks show on the Independence day.
Large picnic, soccer practice, frisbee, dog run, or just relax on a blanket, this place has it all. Lots of parking and shade too.
This park has great views, and we walked around the park. It wasn't crowded and because it's a huge park, there are plenty of places to be. Places for kids to play, lots of space for picnics, or you could just grab a coffee and enjoy the greenbelt.
We watched the July 4th fireworks in this park, It was a very relaxed venue with bands playing. The only bad thing was the long lines at the concession stands
The most beautiful park ever! The river is right there, and there is a fountain in the park and row boats! An adventure!
If you travel with a pet between the months of October thru first of February this is the place to let them run. Off leash area is available with plenty of walking area along the river. As with any area you take your dog PLEASE clean up after them and pack it OUT. Too nice of an area to spoil.
I attended this park for the Balloon Classic and the park's layout was confusing, misleading, and signs to help were not helpful whatsoever . Park itself is beautiful but I wouldn't recommend visiting if you aren't from boise.
This is another beautiful Boise Park. what a great place to walk, relax, and picnic.
This is a wonderful area oft the city with a great horse-shoe pit area hosting tournaments periodically. Grand trees provide great shade in he summer for all the things you love to do in a large park setting.
We were in town for a wedding and needed something to do with the kids in the evening. This park is awesome- beautiful, clean, great toys, cool fountain, clean bathrooms, lots of room to play, you name it. Enjoyable for parents as well as the kids!
