First, there are clean restrooms downstairs (an important item in downtown Breck). Lots of helpful info from the staff and the museum upstairs is a hidden gem.
I went to the Breckinridge welcome center to warm due to the cold weather. There were 3 employees None of them said welcome, hello, nothing I asked one of the girls who worked there about any tours they might have, and what she did was to hand me a magazine with the tour information. How rude and unpleasant
Yes, they have local info. and public restrooms, but the museum is an excellent stop for the local history. We went there before leaving town, but should have gone when arriving. We all learned so much in about a one hour visit!
Great people and service. They really take their time with you and don't rush you out the door even if others are waiting. They make sure you actually have a great experience while in Breck.
The staff at the Breckenridge Welcome Center on the southeast corner of Washington and Main Street are very helpful. Be sure to check out the museum in the back. The dredge boat display is great along with 1930s newsreel footage about Breckenridge!
This visitor's center has got it goin' on. They have tons of brochures, a blackboard with hot happenings on it, and friendly workers ready to answer your questions. They also have clean public restroom and a cool little museum with local lore and info. Make this an early stop on your visit to Breckenridge to ensure you don't miss something.
Worth stopping in if you are passing by.Simple questions answered, about all. Maps you could get anywhere else.
Perfect place to start your trip or just see what's new, if you're a regular. Museum is very interesting and lots of info in the front. Restrooms downstairs are handy!
The staff did not interact at all, not even a hello, though they didn't seem busy. There was sufficient information to find whatever the town had to offer.
Loved the welcome center. The workers gave me a map of the area and helpful places to visit and coupons to go with it.
