From mountain biking (has an adaptive trail too!) to trail running and snowshoeing in the winter Elm Creek Park Preserve's single track can handle it all. Over 15 miles of trails going through the parks eastern interior you get a view of many different types of nature. From beginners to those who want to ride on split trees the trail is for all levels though you might end up a little sore after. Go to the park website and print yourself a map before hitting the trail. Make sure you enter from the north to avoid getting block by the gate on Hayden Lake Rd.
