I was really happy when a brewery opened up in my town, Hunters is not the best but it is good.The hours are typical for a nano brewery... and just snacks, Hungry Inc is their a lot for real food options. They always have new brews on tap that's a big plus.

Hunter's offers friendly service, great craft beer with a local flavor. A variety of beers available. The atmosphere is what you would expect of a nano brewery. Justin and Amy love to share their knowledge of beer and are always working.

If you are a true beer connoisseur this place is the best kept secret in NW Indiana. Less of a bar and more of a tasting room attached to a nano brewing laboratory, the beer menu here is always changing week to week. My wife and I especially enjoy the pale ales and the stout though I'd recommend getting the "flight' and tasting a bit of everything because you never know what you'll enjoy. In the past, we've been surprised by a Gala apple beer and a smoked porter that we might not have ordered otherwise, but after a taste we were taking growlers home! The crowd is adult and social, mainly consisting of couples stopping in as part of an evening out on the town. There's something special about being served a beer by the person who brewed it and this place is worth going out of your way to support.

Very limited hours and beer was very potent in proof but had icky flavor and scent. That stink is still stuck in my nose when i think about it.
