The food is pretty good, not great. the service is pretty good, not great, the prices are very high considering the food and service. The view is great from the outside deck, if you don't get seated behind all the banners on the railings. What a shame that they hang banners covering up such a beautiful view. Take down the banners and be consistent with food quality to earn a good rating.
