We were excited to go and act like kids, but first we were unaware that you had to choose between 2 different mini golf courses. The side we chose was a bit boring and the waterfalls weren't working. Lights on the go kart track weren't working and we had go by the kids running it to tell us when our time was up. Didn't seem like we were on the track very long. Then my go kart was malfunctioning and my husband lapped me on the track. Even with my gas peddle the whole way down it was still slow. My bumper boat also stalled twice and I had to get a new one, which also wanted to stall out. My husband went into the batting cage and the lights didn't work so he didn't know when the ball was coming. It was being run by teenagers who wanted to spend time on their phones and not work. Overall it was a waste of $40 for us. If we had some sort of instruction from the attendants working there we may have had a bit more fun. A sign saying "waterfalls not working on this course" or something would have been nice! We will never return.
Great spot in the middle of Scranton. We got there late and we were a bit overwhelmed by the mini golf. Played both courses. The falls course is a better course for young ones while the mountain course is plain brutal. Bubba Watson, tiger, and phill would cringe. Very challenging. Some what we'll kept , but should be better maintained...although this should be a must stop for anyone passing through area. Especially if you like mini golf
This is one of the nicest places to learn how to drive a go kart....It is not crowded at all....Mini Golf is great...They have 2 courses and it is well worth the money you are paying....Cheap day out with the kids and such a pleasure to see the smiles from ear to ear...
Expected more out of the fun like chuckee cheeses but otherwise, pretty decent for parties. Nice rope though
It's not a big amusement park or anything but what a great place to head out with the kids for some mini-golf and race cars! They also have batting cages, and arcade and Bumper boats as well as party facilities. The Mini golf is HUGE!!!
As other reviews have said, this really is the only place like this in town. Mini Golf is good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Arcade was fun for the kids, but the go karts are outdated but some of them still work. Staff was ok.
Had a great time! It was fun and the staff was very helpful! I will definitely be going again sometime again!
Love it here! We decided to stop to play mini golf. There are two courses, mountains or waterfalls. We tried the waterfall one, the beautiful scenery was so relaxing! This was supposed to be the easier course, but it's not that easy, lol. Can't wait to go back to try the harder one! They also have arcade games, bumper boats, etc. fun place!!
I am born and raised in Scranton, so I've been to Lahey a few times. I've been there as a kid, for birthday parties, and as a teenager. I think it's way too expensive for the little amount of time you spend in each section. For example, their play area is pretty small, and kids 8 and older tend to get bored easily. Theres only a few tunnels, one major slide, and one ball pit. The local mall has a play area that's almost as big! The arcade area, too, is very small. They have about 10 game machines. The mini golfing is cool, but if its not your thing, then don't do it because it can be very long and if there are other people out on the court, you are guaranteed to run into them and then have to wait for your turn. Then there's the go-karting, the thing everyone raves about. Yes, its fun. BUT ... its expensive AND short-lived. The last time I was there I paid $10 for 3 trips around the track. This wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't for the fact that one loop around is only about 60 seconds. So for 3 minutes of fun you pay $10. Oh, and they also won't let strangers compete against each other. I think it would be more fun if you could have your group of friends go against another group of friends, but they make each group wait. Lame. I never did the bumper boats, only because every time I tried they were shut down for some reason. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
bumper boats, go karts, mini golf and food! what more can you ask for. they run this place well and fun, clean spot to take the kids.
