I did not visit the park, but my grandkids went with my daughter and her friend. They all had a ball, even the moms got on the slides. A great place for kids who may have spent too much time in a car.
It is not the newest, and I made sure had a long soapy shower after our visit (water looked a little murky), but we had a blast. Slides for and floating pool little kids,, and a few tube rides and slides big enough to make the adults scream (at least I did).
I have been to bigger and elaborate parks, but we had a great day with our young kids here, clean with nice picnic areas and relatively no line ups
My family has been here five times over the last six years and we enjoy this park. The rides are well maintained and the staff are very friendly. There are six traditional "lie on your back" slides and two tube-based rides. There's a large splash pool for younger kids and a hot tub for when you get cold. Besides the water slides, there's. climbing wall, carousel, bumper cars, mini golf, and a water balloon fighting area. It would be nice if the water park were a bit more extensive, but it's still ice.The best things about Big Sky? Waiting in line at the to of the slides is made much more bearable with the warm Montana sun beating down on your shoulders and the beautiful mountains of Glacier National Park gaming your view to the northeast. At the bottom of the slides is a large grassy area with ample shade from large trees. They are absolutely fine with you bringing in your own lunch and food. But note that the food is reasonably priced here: you can get a burger, chips and drink for seven bucks. In fact, that's the thing I most like abut the park: they don't nickel and dime you for things. Everything -- from food to tube rentals to to other rides -- is all fairly priced.Last tip: you can often get cheaper passes for the park from Kalispell Costco.
We were there all day and had a blast! The kids didn't tire of it, and I didn't either! We were there when they opened, packed a lunch and dinner (they have BBQs for patrons to use!), and left at closing! Totally worth the steep price if you go for the whole day!
We stopped here while in the area. It was nice to be able to get a picnic table in the shade on a very hot day. There were slides for all levels and all 6 of us ages 4-40 enjoyed it. Get there before gates open at 11am to get a good spot for the day. Locks can be rented for lockers for wallets, etc. There is a concession on site (corn dogs, hot dogs, hamburgers) but you can also bring in your own food. Plan to stay the day and bring everything you need with you to cut the costs. I found a coupon online to save $2.00 per person as well.
We recently visited this park this summer as we ventured there last year! Such a great place to spend the day when it is hot out! So nice that you can bring your own picnic lunch and they have a grill you can use to cook it!Krazy cars are fun and my family had a blast and all the water slides were a good time!Costco in Kalispel has a really great deal on the value pass so I would suggest if you have a membership you should pick them up! The board at Costco says for 48 inches and taller but they work for kids too and save you money than purchasing a regular childs value pass!
We go here every summer and as usual it was a great time again!! We love the slides here. I take my grandkids here and we have a blast. This year added two more of the grandkids and they couldn't stop talking about it!! You wont go wrong by going here for a full day... There are barbeques for your use there is a volley ball pit and you can take your own lunch in or just pick up a burger or hot dog there. Enjoy !!!!
We spent a memory filled week together as a family camping and relaxing at West Glacier KOA. While we were there we enjoyed some of the many family oriented attractions. Hands down this was the high light. Shocking to me, and the whole family, was when my 7 year old granddaughter went down the giant slide. Braver than me! I only watched. From the time we arrived until it closed the kids and all the adults, even grandma rode the numerous slides laughing and having fun. This is a place to come back to again and again. Do not miss it!
This is a small waterpark but you only have to wait for about 2 minutes to get on a ride. They had at least 8 rides for bigger kids and a couple for little kids also. My kids thought it was fantastic and would come back again. Great value also.
