there are different tours with glass bottom boats, if I remember there are 3 , some with snorkeling. We picked the one without snorkeling , and it was a very interesting trip. Amazing views through the glass bottom of the coral and fish. Bonus was seeing a turtle. The guide was extremely knowledgable and so interesting. Little tip we took the early boat out and there was only 7 of us and no children.
