Be aware that this activity is not a traditional Western-style trail ride. It is a ride in the Endurance style - a style that requires you to essentially ride standing (keeping your backside off the horse gripping tightly with your thighs) during any trot or canter. Our seating and posture were critiqued/corrected during much of the ride. This was not the leisurely, enjoyable ride that we were anticipating. Had I known this up front, I would have booked our trail ride elsewhere. Mr. Horion ought to update his website, so patrons have a clear understanding of what kind of trail ride they are getting for their money.
